Buyers at the top of the market already pay for sleep, recovery and clean air as amenities — a sauna here, a filtration upgrade there. Almost none of it is designed in from the start, verified, or sold as a coherent standard. We think that gap is the opportunity: a developer that treats wellness as the architecture, not the add-on.
By controlling land acquisition, design, construction and sale under one roof, we capture the margin that would otherwise be split across architects, builders and subcontractors — while controlling the one thing buyers actually can't verify themselves: whether the systems really work.
