A home's performance begins long before the finishes are selected — it begins with the structure, the building envelope, and the details hidden behind the walls. Our preferred approach combines advanced wood framing with strategically placed structural steel: wood provides an efficient, comfortable building envelope, while steel creates expansive windows, wide-open living spaces, dramatic cantilevers, floating staircases, and fewer unnecessary columns.

Why offsite, precision-built
A finer tolerance.
Wall panels and modules are built under cover, in a controlled environment, with digital precision — not assembled outdoors at the mercy of weather and schedule pressure. That difference shows up in the air-sealing, the insulation, and the years the home spends free of the mold and off-gassing that come from rushed, exposed construction.
It also means fewer construction toxins, less material waste, and a timeline that's predictable rather than hopeful.
